How it works
- 01Authorization
Once your case is authorized through ASH or another approved network, call us with your claim info.
- 02Initial evaluation
We perform a full evaluation, document objective findings, and send the report to your adjuster.
- 03Treatment
Acupuncture, cupping, and manual therapy as authorized. We bill the authorized carrier directly. As long as your case is active and authorized, you typically have no out-of-pocket cost. If authorization lapses or services exceed the authorized scope, additional communication may be needed.
- 04Progress reports
We submit MNRs and progress notes per California Workers' Comp guidelines.
